Piercing Rings

A clicker is a piercing ring with a hinged closure that is easy to open and snaps back into place with a “click” when closed.
Like all piercing rings, it can be worn universally on almost all parts of the body (except as a surface piercing).

A ball closure ring is a piercing ring that is closed with a special clip-in attachment by clamping it between the open ends of the ring. The attachment and ring have matching notches that snap into each other.
Depending on the shape of the attachment, a distinction is made between the ball, bar or segment closure versions.
Like all piercing rings, a ball closure ring can be worn universally on almost all parts of the body (except as a surface piercing). Compared to the clicker or bendable ring, it is more difficult to insert, but in return offers the best hold.

A bendable ring is a piercing ring that is bent open or closed for opening and closing.
Like all piercing rings, it can be worn universally on almost all parts of the body (except as a surface piercing). Compared to the clicker or ball closure ring, it is easier to insert, but in return offers slightly less hold.

A circular barbell is an open piercing ring with an attachment at each end (at least one of which is removable) that fixes the ring in the piercing puncture.
Like all piercing rings, it can be worn universally on almost all parts of the body (except as a surface piercing).
Piercing Bars (straight)

A barbell is a piercing bar with an attachment at each end (at least one of which is removable), which fixes the bar in the piercing puncture.
It can be worn on almost any part of the body, but is not suitable as a surface piercing as its straight design would create too much tension under the skin.

A mini barbell is a short piercing bar with a usually fixed design at one end and a removable attachment at the other.
It is worn in the ear and, with its special bar lengths of 5 to 8 mm, is suitable for all areas of the pinna.

A labret is a piercing bar with a removable attachment at one end and a flat plate at the other.
It is suitable for comfortable wearing in the lip and cheek area, as the plate generates hardly any friction or pressure pain.

A nose stud is a piercing bar with a usually fixed design at one end. The other end, which is inserted into the piercing puncture, can end with a slight thickening (pin) or with a bend (spiral).
Designs in the form of an open ring have no motif and always end with a plate at the other end.
The nose stud is only used in the wing of the nose. In the case of the ring shape, this gives the optical impression that it is actually a continuous ring.
Piercing Bars (curved)

A banana is a curved piercing bar with an attachment at each end (at least one of which is removable), which fixes the bar in the piercing puncture.
It can be worn on almost any part of the body and can also be used as a surface piercing, as its curved design compensates for the tension under the skin.

A bananabell is a curved piercing bar with a usually fixed design at one end and a removable attachment at the other.
It is used exclusively in the belly button.
Attachments and Pendants

A screw-in attachment is a jewelry design with a thread for screwing it to a bar. The thread type can be an internal thread or an external thread. The attachments themselves usually have the basic shape of a ball, a disc or a cone.

The clip-in attachment is the locking piece that is clamped between the open ends of a ball closure ring. The attachment and ring have matching notches that snap into each other.
Depending on the shape of the attachment, a distinction is made between ball, disc, bar and segment attachments.

The attachment of the push fit system is called the push pin. This is a jewelry design with a thin bar (pin) that is inserted lengthwise into the hollow push fit bar. The pin is then bent slightly to fix it in place, which wedges it into the bar.
The attachments themselves usually have the basic shape of a ball, a disc or a cone.

Piercing pendants (also known as charms) are small jewelry designs with an eyelet with which they can be hooked into a piercing ring (suitable for bar thicknesses from 0.8 to 2 mm).
Surface Piercings

A dermal anchor is a small plate with a very short threaded bar on which a jewelry attachment is attached.
The plate is inserted under the skin and only the attachment is visible on the surface of the skin.

A surface barbell is a flat or round bar with a thread at each of its curved ends to attach jewelry attachments.
The bar is inserted under the skin and only the attachments are visible on the surface of the skin.
Stretched Ears

Tunnels (also known as fleshtunnels) and plugs are special types of piercings that are inserted into a widened puncture, usually in the ear.
Tunnels have the shape of a ring and plugs have the shape of a disc.

Tunnel inlays are design discs that can be used in tunnels in our “BYO” (Build Your Own Tunnel) configuration system. The tunnel is screwed on and the inlay is inserted into a special notch.

Under expander equipment we summarize all products that are used to achieve widened piercings - i.e. to deliberately stretch the puncture for the use of special piercing jewelry (tunnels and plugs).
We offer the following item types as expander equipment:
- expander
- spiral expander
- rubber rings
- buffalo rings
Fake Piercings

Fake piercing rings are rings that look like real piercings when worn. However, no puncture is required, the rings are simply clipped to the desired part of the body.

Fake plugs are technically normal ear piercings, consisting of a bar and two attachments, and no dilated puncture is required to wear them. Only the special design of the attachments gives the impression that real plugs have been inserted into the ear.
FILANGO® Jewelry

Ear studs are piercing bars with a usually fixed design that are worn in pairs in the earlobes and can be inserted in the “classic” 0.8 mm ear holes.
A special closure (also known as a “poussette” or “ear nut”) is attached to fix it in the ear hole.

Creole earrings are earrings with a hinged clasp that are worn in pairs in the earlobes and can be used in the “classic” 0.8 mm ear holes. The part of the ring that is visible when worn is thicker than the segment of the clasp that lies in the piercing puncture. This design makes the ring appear much thicker than the actual ear hole size would allow.
Depending on the thickness, (piercing) pendants can also be attached to the ring (the pendant eyelets are designed for bar thicknesses of 0.8 to 2 mm).

All necklaces have a lobster clasp and consist of either connected links or balls strung on an acrylic thread.
Depending on the shape of the links, we distinguish between king chain, anchor chain, curb chain, ball chain, Singapore chain, Venetian chain, snake chain and ball chain.
Chain pendants (eyelet diameter 5 to 8 mm) can also be attached to the slimmer versions.

Our bracelets consist either of connected links with a lobster clasp or of balls strung on a rubber thread.
Depending on the shape of the links, we distinguish between king bracelets, curb bracelets, motif bracelets and ball bracelets.

We refer to the classic finger ring as a ring (in contrast to piercing rings, which are not worn on the finger).
